Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Experience leading warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and workplace safety practices.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, or related business systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or management experience within a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
