You Know the Warehouse Better Than the Back of Your Hand
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping materials
- Manage and schedule warehouse staff to ensure productivity and coverage across shifts
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and production teams
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Track KPIs such as on-time shipments, order accuracy, and inventory turnover
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment, inventory, and workflow
- Train, coach, and support warehouse associates to ensure quality and efficiency
- Handle scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations for warehouse staff
- Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners for inbound and outbound shipments
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production and delivery goalsRequirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or certifications in logistics a plus
- 2+ years of warehouse supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and safety regulations
- Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and basic computer skills
- Able to lead by example, motivate a team, and solve problems on the fly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to operational excellence
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
