Requirements: 

• Diploma or GED required. Trade or tech school? Even better.
• A couple years behind the mill, lathe, or press, getting parts just right.
• Knows blueprints, tolerances, and how to dial in precision.
• Works with CNC and manual machines without breaking a sweat.
• Reliable, tough, and ready for the grind.

Job Duties: 

• Machine and assemble precision tools, dies, and fixtures that meet tight specs
• Set up and run CNC, EDM, and manual machines with accuracy and focus
• Read blueprints and make fine adjustments until every piece fits right
• Inspect, measure, and polish tools to keep production running smooth
