Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED. Tool and die training helps you stand out.
• Two or more years working in tool making, machining, or precision metalwork.
• Can read blueprints, measure tight tolerances, and spot issues before they start.
• Skilled in CNCs, EDMs, and manual machines that keep production running.
• Strong, focused, and ready to show up and build something real every shift.

Job Duties: 

• Machine, grind, and fit parts to exact measurements
• Run setups, checks, and adjustments to keep tools performing
• Inspect, polish, and finish until every piece hits spec
