Requirements: 

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience as a heavy equipment operator (dozers, loaders, excavators, graders) preferred.
• Ability to read site plans/blueprints and follow instructions.
• Knowledge of machine controls, safety checks, and site safety rules.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb in/out of cabs, and handle outdoor shifts.
• Reliability, show up on time, ready to roll.
