Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or powered industrial equipment training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Experience operating cherry pickers or similar powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ability to retrieve, transport, and store inventory at elevated rack locations.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and equipment inspections.
- Ability to accurately identify inventory, locations, and shipping documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Current certification or experience operating cherry pickers, order pickers, reach trucks, or forklifts is beneficial.
- Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, productivity, teamwork, and inventory accuracy are well positioned for success as a %%job-title%%.
