Your rig’s waiting. Let’s get you behind the wheel.

What It Takes

  • License in hand: Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat (H) endorsement and a current DOT Medical Card.
  • Cleared: You’re good with the FMCSA Clearinghouse and can pass the usual pre-hire checks.
  • Record that rides right: No more than 3 moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years.
  • Miles behind you: At least 1 year of CDL seat time (within the past 3 years)—you know how to back it, brake it, and bring it home.
  • Safety sharp: You know your DOT regs, inspections, and Hazmat rules like muscle memory.

Why Drivers Stick Around

  • Weekly pay you can count on—no guessing, no delays.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life coverage.
  • Employee Assistance Program support (when you need it) that actually answers the phone.
  • Extras that add up: optional 401(k), referral bonuses, and tenure cash.
  • Holiday pay for eligible drivers—it’s your time, paid right.
  • Driver perks on food, fuel, gear, hotels, and more—because the little things matter out here.

Your Week on the Road

  • Coffee. Pre-trip. Fire it up.
  • You’ll run regional Hazmat freight to customers, plants, and warehouses across your territory.
  • Secure every load, double-check the details, and handle drop & hook or live unloads like a pro.
  • Keep the cab tight, the logs clean, and the wheels turning steady till it’s time to roll home for the weekend.
