Requirements: 

• High School Diploma or GED in hand, trade school training is a win.
• Two years of building, cutting, grinding, or shaping precision tools.
• Reads blueprints clean and keeps every measurement tight.
• Works with CNCs and manual machines like it's second nature.
• Capable of lifting (up to) 50 lbs, dependable, and always chasing perfect parts.

Job Duties: 
From the first setup to the final fit, you’ll shape, measure, and refine tools that meet tight tolerances. You’ll operate CNC and manual machines, solve problems quickly, and ensure quality is top of mind. When the parts fit right, everyone knows whose hands made it happen.
