Wrenches Up! We Need a Maintenance Pro Who Gets It.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules and document all work performed.
- Install, assemble, and test new equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with production teams and supervisors to prioritize repairs and address equipment concerns.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory and requesting necessary supplies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and industrial equipment.
- Experience with tools such as multimeters, welding equipment, and diagnostic devices.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures (e.g., Lockout/Tagout, OSHA standards).
- Basic computer skills for work order documentation and inventory tracking.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, kneel, and work in confined spaces or heights.
