Wrenches Up! We Need a Maintenance Pro Who Gets It.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
  • Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules and document all work performed.
  • Install, assemble, and test new equipment to ensure proper functioning.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with production teams and supervisors to prioritize repairs and address equipment concerns.
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory and requesting necessary supplies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
  • Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and industrial equipment.
  • Experience with tools such as multimeters, welding equipment, and diagnostic devices.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures (e.g., Lockout/Tagout, OSHA standards).
  • Basic computer skills for work order documentation and inventory tracking.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, kneel, and work in confined spaces or heights.
