Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or powered industrial equipment training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

  • Experience operating clamp truck equipment or similar powered industrial vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Ability to transport large rolls, pallets, or specialized materials without product damage.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures, equipment inspections, and load handling practices.
  • Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping documentation, and warehouse locations.
  • Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or paper products industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience operating clamp trucks, forklifts, RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
