Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical training, vocational education, or welding certification is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Experience performing TIG welding on a variety of metals according to specifications.
- Ability to read blueprints, welding symbols, and fabrication drawings.
- Knowledge of welding equipment, measuring tools, and quality inspection procedures.
- Ability to safely set up welding equipment and maintain a clean work area.
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship, and dependable attendance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous TIG welding, fabrication, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or industrial welding experience is preferred.
- Experience welding stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, or specialty alloys is beneficial.
- Knowledge of weld inspection, blueprint interpretation, precision measurement, or Lean manufacturing is considered an asset.

Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive welding tasks throughout the shift.
