Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; trade or technical training preferred.
• Skilled with manual machines, CNC mills, and lathes (Haas, Mazak, Okuma a plus).
• Comfortable with blueprints, calipers, and micrometers.
• Steady, safety-minded, and ready to hit production goals.
• Can lift materials and stay moving through your shift.
