What You Need to Keep the Spindles Turning
- Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
- Hands-on time with manual and CNC machines, including mills or lathes (Haas, Mazak, Okuma a plus).
- Solid understanding of blueprint reading and precision measuring tools.
- Reliable worker who can stay sharp, even on long runs.
- Physically able to lift parts and stay on your feet all shift.
